“This is an update. A year ago I had a horrible experience here after coming for over a year - service was slow and the bartender just hung out and talked instead of checking on me.

Tonight however (and this might make a difference - I was seated at a table in the main area. I had a server who wasn’t a bartender (Sebastian) who was great. He was timely but not rushing, th food was great and not delayed, and the drinks were timely and well made.

“I'm helping to run a large conference in a venue that won't allow outside food, so I needed somewhere where all the staff/volunteers could quickly run and grab dinner, sit and eat, then run back to the venue to keep working on the conference. Little Beet was one of VERY FEW places nearby that was actually able to accommodate everyone's dietary needs (lots of vegan, gluten free, etc) and have seating/tables. Everyone was extremely complimentary about the food quality and at least a couple people mentioned how thrilled we were that a low FODMAP bowl existed - that's a dietary need that a lot of restaurants won't/can't accommodate. They were extremely accommodating about allowing me to just email in a spreadsheet of food orders, had the food conveniently bagged up for us and labelled with names, and they helped us out at the absolute last minute when we needed to add Friday lunch on top of Saturday dinner. It was really nice to all sit together at the tables/benches outside. I would recommend Little Beet!“

The cookies are always so delicious, it is so hard to not order all at the same time.
I often take the classic two-chip chocolate cookies, but I’ve also tried the oatmeal raisin, the chocolate walnut, and the caramel coconut chocolate ones.

They’re all absolutely delicious, and depending on my mood I’ll get different ones.

They have seasonal cookies too, lately it is the carrot cookie. Can’t wait to test it! I’ve also tried the gluten free chocolate walnut cookie, and it is also worth the hype.

The staff is pretty quick, it’s not particularly a seating cafe but it’s a nice little snack at the end of the day :)“

“You can make an entire night here on flamenco nights. They have amazing food, and fantastic entertainment! Wait staff is attentive and professional. It is more European style service in the sense that they leave you in peace to enjoy your food, but they are always watching the table to see if you need anything at all. The food was delicious and they also have a kids menu with a very unique way of displaying that menu. “Such a great experience celebrating our 41st anniversary at Seasons 52! Our server, Ben, was extremely gracious and made sure we were able to take our time, and celebrate our special evening. He made sure to time each course perfectly in time with our own pace. We really appreciate the management and chef at Seasons! They were very generous with a champagne toast, a special tuna tartare anniversary presentation, and a special celebratory dessert! Of course, we topped it off with their signature mini-desserts of key lime pie and the cheesecake & caramel. Each of our courses was superb - from the appetizer of the charcuterie board, to the lobster bisque soup, and the excellent wood-grilled filet mignon made perfectly to my wife's and my liking! Accompanied by one of our favorite Bordeaux wines. Many thanks to our server, Ben, the chef and the management team at this Seasons for taking such great care of us! “We were hanging out in Georgetown with our guests from out of town and we were looking for a place to eat lunch. We are all vegetarians and upon seeing good rating of this small restaurant, we decided to give it a try and we are so very glad we did. It's a hidden gem with delicious and healthy food with all vegetarian choices. The food was not only fresh, perfect temperature, and tasty but they had things on their menu that you don't find at a normal mexican joint.“

“I ordered a cake on Thursday at 1 pm to be picked up 4:30 pm on Friday for a birthday party. The man who picked up the phone was so accommodating and made sure that the customized message had the correct spelling of my name. When the cake was picked up, the lady was extremely lovely and kind. 10/10 would recommend and will be buying another birthday cake (very soon) from this bakery. I have also visited this bakery before to buy a n emergency cake and they have lots in the display case available. Perfect, delicious cakes. “This has definitely become my new local coffee shop. It’s the kind of place you can go to every day before work starts—it has already become that for me.

The atmosphere is great; it’s a very easy place to get some work done or settle in with a book, and the outdoor seating is a huge plus. I love coming here in the morning for an iced mocha and their sausage, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel. The seasoning is excellent and the food is always fresh.

The staff is super nice and they are incredibly quick with orders. I’m already planning on heading back this Saturday with my new read.

“We love Washington DC so my wife and I wanted some pizza. We were staying at the Embassy suites in NW so I googled pizza that was close by. Pizzoli‘s pizzeria came up. It looked good so we took an Uber there and the pizza was excellent. We ordered a simple pepperoni pizza and my wife and I both thoroughly enjoyed it. Made from scratch good. We were a little bit surprised in that it was a smaller establishment as we thought we were going to a place that had lots of tables, etc. This place has one inside table and five or six countertops to eat at and then they have several tables outside but as noted, the food was fantastic. Would certainly recommended, and we will be back home future visits.“

“Our experience was amazing from start to finish. When we arrived we were seated immediately without a reservation. Raunak was our server. He made recommendations that were all great and there no issues with any portion of the meal. We opted for the special for $89 per 2 people. We started with egg drop soup- my friend really enjoyed this. Then spicy tuna roll and California roll. They were typical. Next up were the shrimp dumplings. I really enjoyed the spicy sauce added. For entrees, my friend order the Long Noodles Prawns. The sauce on these had a very robust flavor. I ordered the lobster and prawn fried rice. Raunak instructed me to squeeze a little lemon over it for extra flavor. Great recommendation! I also added a little of the spicy sauce from the dumplings. Lastly, we shared the butter cake which was topped with an ice cream and caramel sauce. The butter cake was still hot when it arrived. We were both on cloud 9 as we finished our meal.
We also enjoyed mai tai and lychee martini cocktails. This was the best experience I've ever had at PF Chang's and I've visited them all over. I still definitely be back!“

“I’ve been a loyal Tatte fan for over 10 years, following them from Boston to DC. The West End location is my favorite in DC—I love the large, airy interior with higher ceilings. Their Pistachio Cherry Tart is my go-to. It's a must-try!“
