“I was recommended this place by a long time local restauranteur. The owners of this truck are HIGHLY respected cooks in the county, especially the Olney area. I was a little surprised by the menu but ordered one item from each "side." I got the cubano sub which is more like a steak and cheese than a Cuban, and the carne asada platter. The food was truly outstanding and that cubano sub really blew me away. It's a delicious, unique take on the traditional Cuban sandwich. The carne asada was wonderful and the portion sizes were huge. Highly recommend coming here if you're in the area. You'll be full all day!“
“Came in with a group of around 45 coworkers and the bartenders were excellent. They were very accommodating to our large party even though it was unexpected. Ruben helped with our champagne toast while the other bartenders, William and Brendan, made all of the other drinks. Overall amazing experience, can't wait to come back!!“
“I went there for my birthday. I ordered a starter and a meal. The starter and drinks were served on time. However, they served meatballs to my girlfriend, who had actually ordered vegan pasta. They served her vegan pasta afterward. Also, I didn't get my main meal after being there for 1.5 hours (even though I reminded the person who took our order, and he said he would check). Later, our waitress apologized and said the meal that I didn't get would be served at the bowling alley and would be on the house. My drink was also complimentary. I didn't have to pay my share for the bowling (I'm not sure if it was because of my birthday or if it was part of their apology). Yes, they messed up our order twice, but they made it up to me, which I appreciate.The bowling was okay, but the machines didn't work perfectly. A few times, it counted the pins toward my score even when I didn't hit them (or maybe it was another birthday gift?)“
“First, service here is excellent. Very attentive, prompt, and they got everything right. Granted, it was midweek, rainy, and on the early side. Service was slower last year on a nicer evening in late Spring. The food is really good Italian, the best I've had in 3 years of living in the area. We had tricolore salad, eggplant rollatini, meatballs, and chicken Parmesan. And a chocolate cannoli. All delicious! And the marinara sauce rivals my own.“
“I love love LOVE Summer House! I've been here a couple of times and eaten both inside and outside and it is always lovely. The food is always good and the menu has a nice variety so something for everyone! Plus they have the yummiest cookies that are a must-have dessert! Usually busy so I recommend making a reservation ahead of time! Plus parking in the area can be a little tricky so give yourself a few extra minutes to secure parking.“
