“Visited Filo Cafe for the first time. We had the Kamayan platter for 2 with lechon kawali, tocino, lumpia Shanghai, and pancit bihon. Paired with calamansi juice. The food was well-presented, fresh and DELICIOUS! Portions were perfect! Had me missing my dad’s home cooking. Can’t wait to go back to try other menu options! Salamat Filo Cafe!”

“This location is super cute, everyone is very nice. Emma helped me customize my Nutella bowl and help me with the southblock app (which isn’t the best 😭) AND made my açaí bowl! She was awesome and as always the bowl was 🤌🏻 amazing. 10/10

this is for the regional manager/corporate/IT: please fix the app ordering - more customizable options (no/optional toppings like fruit) and also the point system doesn’t even work (applicable point options not showing up, also a bowl credit being $15 in fine print but $12.99 in store???). I literally can’t ever order my bowls ahead of time and it’s just ridiculous atp in 2025☹️”

“If I had my restaurant still open I'd steal Miguel from you! His level of speed and efficiency you don't find it anywhere. It seemed he was the only brunch server today and he managed to keep that smile even though things didn't seem to work well with the kitchen. Great place/environment/food. I tried the crab omelet as he suggested although I got addicted with the short rib omelet here. Keep it up! I also love to see how managers jump to help (at least one) I'll be back and request Miguel.”

“Every person working here on 1/9 around 1:50pm needs a ✨raise✨ - or a fat bonus.. or both? 👀 I have never met a friendlier staff in all my years going to Starbucks, truly. Attentive, personable, compassionate. Mind you I was there for less than 5mins and was able to pick up on all of that. I hope both sides of all of their pillows are always cold, every light is green, and that they all get those bonuses I mentioned 👀 (from y'all tho ❤️)”

“I’m addicted to boba I have to drink at least one a day otherwise get withdrawal 😊 I’ve been to all the boba shops in Rockville and tbaar is definitely one of my fav. Boba and tea are fresh and the staff are helpful and friendly. They don’t seem to cut corners and I appreciate that. I like my teas with no ice, and cups are always filled to the brim, and they don’t skimp on ingredients for my smoothies.
Late closing is super convenient when I have late night cravings, and I can always find ample parking nearby.”
