My only issue is that parking is confusing, and difficult to figure out how to actually get to the restaurant once you are in the parking garage. Not much signage. Other than that, it is a lovely venue, and the food and service were great.”

“Really fantastic food and atmosphere. The waitstaff shared so much useful information, very clearly. Almost to the point of not reading the room. For instance, she insisted on telling w of us all the specials when it was clear that we were waiting for two more. It seemed unnecessary, and should not have been a misunderstanding. “This location is super cute, everyone is very nice. Emma helped me customize my Nutella bowl and help me with the southblock app (which isn’t the best 😭) AND made my açaí bowl! She was awesome and as always the bowl was 🤌🏻 amazing. 10/10

this is for the regional manager/corporate/IT: please fix the app ordering - more customizable options (no/optional toppings like fruit) and also the point system doesn’t even work (applicable point options not showing up, also a bowl credit being $15 in fine print but $12.99 in store???). I literally can’t ever order my bowls ahead of time and it’s just ridiculous atp in 2025☹️”

“Every person working here on 1/9 around 1:50pm needs a ✨raise✨ - or a fat bonus.. or both? 👀 I have never met a friendlier staff in all my years going to Starbucks, truly. Attentive, personable, compassionate. Mind you I was there for less than 5mins and was able to pick up on all of that. I hope both sides of all of their pillows are always cold, every light is green, and that they all get those bonuses I mentioned 👀 (from y'all tho ❤️)”
