This was the closest that I have had to authentic Peking duck in the US. I would describe it as decent (4 stars, if I had this in Beijing, but I'm more lenient when outside of China). I can tell real effort was put into making it as authentic as they could, including the knife work and plating. The taste of the duck is 80% of the way there, sauce 90%, the pancakes are a little thicker/more uneven than fully authentic Peking duck pancakes, but have strips of parchment paper inserted...read full review
