“The restaurant Is set in the woods with a beautiful patio meet the C&O towpath and the Billy Goat Trail. We often go to th back yard bar where there is usually live music. There is an added bonus of it being dog friendly. When you go here you immediately feel like you are on vacation and DC is a million miles a way. The short trip out Clara Barton to MacArthur Blvd is well worth it and the drive itself is scenic.“

“Great establishment for brunch with excellent service and food!

The staff members at this restaurant were very professional and helpful. The level of service offered was noteworthy, from the manager to the server to the staff from the kitchen that delivered our food. A big thank you to the entire team for delivering a seamless and consistent great experience.

The food was delicious. The eggs benedict were made perfectly and the taste was on point. The smash burger was a solid burger cooked and seasoned to perfection. The only critique I have is that the fries that accompanied the burger could’ve been served better — I found that the temperature of the fries were a little on the colder end and not as crispy as I was expecting. The seasoning was good, however!

The best part of the meal was the dessert — the tiramisu and the key lime pie. Both were delicious and definitely worth the order.

Overall a great experience both in terms of service and food. Would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere to visit in the area! Hoping to return for dinner some time soon!“

Ty answered all of our questions, paced the meal wonderfully, and ensured that our birthday celebration of a loved one was memorial. The food - a nice range of choices for cold and warm appetizers and mains and prepared with excellence.“
