“I don't usually write reviews, but this new (at least to me) restaurant deserves one. I ordered the Pomelo salad and tom yum soup for (takeout) dinner, but the salad would have been plenty. It was delicious!!! Big chunks of luscious, juicy sweet pomelo, fat grilled shrimp (more than I expected - 4? 5?), sweet shredded carrots and herby peppers in a tangy, spicy dressing. I never did get to my soup. Oh well, I'll have it for lunch... My husband had the Koong Pad Black Pepper, which is a shrimp stirfry with broccoli, ginger and garlic. It looked wonderful also, and he raved about it, but I wasn't tempted.Mine was too good.”

“Good quality dishes. I especially found the small plates to be excellent, which are what I most strongly recommend, such as: sake and green grapes, spicy cucumbers, and the duroc pork belly bun. The sushi itself is good quality that is on par with other well-rated sushi places in the area.”

“Stopped in for the first time yesterday and picked up shrimp and oysters. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They even offered to clean my shrimp for me. This is how it turned out. We will certainly be back soon.”

“Great food and friendly service with plenty of seating both inside and out! It's a bit pricey but the food quality more than makes up for it.

The food here is excellent. I've had the cuban, the santiago bowl, and the empanadas which were all excellent. The variety and changing menu during the seasons is a nice touch. For drinks, they have a good selection of cafes and smoothies along with cocktails. The miami sunset and mojitos are worth trying!

Parking: It's a free lot out front but the parking center tends to be busy and can be hard to find a spot in front of the shop.”

“CLUBHOUSE DINING REVIEW ONLY. Came here for an early dinner Sunday with a friend who has a membership here. The outside venue (course) looked beautiful! We got a table right by the window to enjoy the view.For starters, the Beef Nachos were good. For entrees, enjoyed the Butter Chicken and Bucatini Bolognese, and the Squid Ink Paradelle was okay, a bit bland for my taste and lacked sauce so it was dry. They have happy hour specials from 3:30-6:30pm everyday which is awesome—a good amount of drink/food options too! For dessert, the Carrot Cake was okay.”

“Service and food were very good. Good for couples and groups. Less than 10 people they don’t take reservations. Diverse oyster menu, great happy hour prices (drinks, Oysters and other food). It’s a “loud” environment wherever you sit.”

“Randomly came here to wait for the storm to pass. Ordered the chicken fried rice, and it was very tasty! The shrimp tempura was cooked well as well, balanced between the meat and the batter. Looking forward to coming back to taste more.”

“Had to stop by the CVS next door with my wife to pick up a prescription and saw this bakery. I knew I wasn't leaving without at least trying a pretzel.We ended up getting the pretzel dog, an "everything" pretzel, the pub cheese dip, and a basil lemonade. Everything was delicious - and it was actually a pretzel, not the fake stuff that pretends to be pretzels in the mall.The young lady working the counter was very courteous and helpful and handled the order perfectly.I will have to try the other couple of things on the menu (I'm intrigued by that calzone) but the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the menu was a bit limited. Based on what I tasted, I'm sure they could knock a couple other options out of the park!For me, personally, the two best things other than a good pretzel dog:1. Basil lemonade - I love mint/basil lemonade and you can usually only find them in middle eastern / Mediterranean places.2. They had the Beach Boys' "Wild Honey" album on the wall - the album that birthed lo-fi.”

“Great burgers. Salted peanuts in the shell are a nice treat. They know how to cook beach fries the right way (2 baths). Price is a factor, but the food is well executed. Potomac location has a few nice outdoor tables.”

“The food and service at this place is always awesome. Especially the gentleman who runs the front of the house. His name is Marvin, and he's the nicest guy you could ever meet. If you want good food, pretty quickly, and like people in general, this is a great place to get it. I've become a regular customer and I love this place.”

Parking here generally sucks but I have my own solution that I won’t share hah. But do keep that in mind.”

“This Cava is the best one in the area! We always come back to this one, not only the service is great but the food never fails and they give hefty portions
They offer a lot of vegan options too!”

“The restaurant Is set in the woods with a beautiful patio meet the C&O towpath and the Billy Goat Trail. We often go to th back yard bar where there is usually live music. There is an added bonus of it being dog friendly. When you go here you immediately feel like you are on vacation and DC is a million miles a way. The short trip out Clara Barton to MacArthur Blvd is well worth it and the drive itself is scenic.”

“We had a fantastic date night at The Grove. The oxtail should not be missed and is hardy enough to be a meal. I also wouldn’t skip the crystal bread. We will be back!”

“I love California Tortilla and this place didn't disappoint! The steak fajita burrito was delicious. The Coke from the machine was off, but I'll chock it up to a mistake. Someone probably put the wrong bag in the regular spot, it tasted like cherry. The sauce wall has some pretty amazing sauces and to-go containers. Will definitely be back!”

“Their milkshakes are always on point. Their smash burgers are generally solid, although this location a little more than other shake shacks overly burns the edges (into black charcoal, which for example happens less often at the other shake shack 1 mile away in the mall). When that happens I just break off the (usually small pieces of) pure charcoal, although some of my kids find having to do that annoying and now prefer they just get McDonald’s (across the street) when I want shake shack. It’s still a solid place though and I do recommend it.”
