“On Tuesday, August 26, we were three persons at an early dinner on a Tuesday night. The service was superb and the food was absolutely delicious. I wish we had taken photos of the huge spring rolls with shrimp. My friends had Green curry, and Pad See Euw (sp) and I had Pad Thai, my test for first time at a Thai place. All the dishes were lovely with generous portions and the atmosphere in a little private alcove was great. I plan to return next week after visiting Glenstone.”

“Had the privilege to play this with the pro Harvey. This course is a great example of what it looks like to see what the PGA sees. It was tough but fair. The course was in impeccable shape…even in the midst of record heat and humidity. The staff was nothing short of amazing and welcoming from the moment we pulled in the parking lot. If ya get the chance to play…don’t hesitate…say yes.”

“This Greek restaurant in Potomac, MD is a hidden gem. The lobster spaghetti was rich and perfectly balanced, and the dessert—simple, elegant, unforgettable. The menu is carefully curated, and it shows. This is their second restaurant—the first has been around for over 30 years. They know what they’re doing. Small space, so definitely make a reservation—but bar seating is just as good (we sat there and loved it). Carlos the bartender and the whole staff were amazing. We were the only Black/brown folks there, and felt completely welcomed. Don’t miss this spot—real food, real hospitality, real experience.”

“Love this Ledo’s. I go there a couple times a month. Great pizza and more than fair prices in this economy. All the staff are pleasant and accommodating and there’s a comfortable vibe throughout the restaurant. I notice they don’t get as much dine-in business as they used to but it’s a great spot to have a couple pies with friends and family!”

“Great burgers. Salted peanuts in the shell are a nice treat. They know how to cook beach fries the right way (2 baths). Price is a factor, but the food is well executed. Potomac location has a few nice outdoor tables.”

“I took my work team out to eat there. The food is very fresh; I’ve tried other California Tortillas locations, but this particular one exceeded all my expectations. The managers are also very attentive regarding the food orders for myself and the women on my team. Good service, a pleasant atmosphere, and the place is clean.”

“Food is what you expect from McDonald’s. I’m not giving McDonald’s food in general five stars but the level at which the staff here produces food so neatly and quickly is impressive. I have yet to get soggy fries or a messy sandwich or wrong order from this location.

Parking here generally sucks but I have my own solution that I won’t share hah. But do keep that in mind.”

“I love BROOKLYN DELI. We had a pharmaceutical meeting at our dermatology office which is Center for Cosmetic and Clinical Dermatology in Montgomery Village. We were so happy with the food. My Matzoh soup was AMAZING!!!!! It tasted like i was back in Brooklyn NYC . WE WILL BE BACK

“We really enjoyed our dine-in meal of: Thai green curry with shrimp, Szechuan green beans, Triple delight and pan fried noodles with shrimp. Everything was delicious! The new decor is lovely and the staff are very welcoming. Looking forward to trying the home-made dumplings next time.”

“Locals remember the Old Angler's Inn as a posh French country restaurant but today it has both fine dining inside as well as outside on the front patio near the lovely water fountain. In the back of this charming establishment off the canal along the Potomac river on MacArthur Boulevard a few miles from Potomac Village it has casual dining, live music and a very relaxed vibe. The service in both areas is fantastic. While the front retains the fine dining experience which OAI has always been known for the back patio has relaxed options like pizzas.

I was so pleased to see at night we were able to park on the canal side parking area and there was security. This area is very uneven and has pot holes. Perhaps bring a flashlight or drop people first then park. During the day this public lot is used by hikers, campers, bikers and kayakers. The restaurant lot is large but does fill up on a busy night.

I have many fond memories of Highschool dates and family dinners here over the years. Now my friends are playing in the band while their children and grandchildren watch. The service in both areas is wonderful. The OAI merchandise is so adorable I am thinking Christmas gifts. The current owner loves live music which is in the back patio but he also has a fun Spotify channel of music. Check out OAI on Spotify.”
