I wanted to update my review because I felt it was important to recognize Mr. Joseph and Ms. Anita. They are two of the kindest, most pleasant people I have met in a long time. My family and I were truly grateful for their kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine consideration of our dietary needs. They work incredibly well together, run the business with excellence, and create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was an absolute joy spending time with them, and they made our entire experience even more memorable. They are a true asset to this establishment, and we look forward to seeing them again. “Love the coffee so much, but only thing that bothers me is that they charge you $1.50 for non dairy milk in 2026, and their drinks are already overpriced compared to all of the other coffee spots, so my simple small iced lattes end up being $10 every time. Also there can be quite a wait time and confusion/friction on where to stand in line and who to order with.“

When they were out of the flavor we requested for our holiday ice cream cake, he put in so much effort to contacting us, making a custom flavor for us, and making sure we were able to get our order in time for the holiday, even with special hours. The communication was excellent, and all of the ice cream and cakes on display looked so good!“

“Went tonight, met the owner at the door. I was very impress and can see why it's so popular. Servers were all very nice. Food was great and reasonably priced. Got the short rib which was excellent as were the pomme puree with it. Inside was very nice and had a good selection on the menu. Almost got the pasta but glad I did not. Think a lot of the entrees were in the 25-35 range though of course more expensive stuff. It was crowded but not very loud, which was good. Solid winner, and wishing the owner the best, he seems to know about this as well as Human Misery (his words).“

That said, I had a concerning experience during my visit on June 29 at around 8:40 PM. I wasn't asked for my rewards phone number, which is normally fine because I can scan the barcode on my receipt later to receive my rewards points. However, when I received my receipt, there was no barcode to scan. In the past, whenever I haven't provided my phone number, a barcode has always been printed so I could claim my points afterward.

Based on that, I believe an employee may have entered a different rewards phone number instead of asking for mine. I can't say for certain that's what happened, but based on my previous experiences, it's the only explanation that makes sense to me. If that's what occurred, it's something management should investigate because customers shouldn't lose out on the rewards they've earned.

Other than this incident, I've always enjoyed coming here. The ice cream is great, the staff is usually friendly, and I hope this issue is addressed.“

“I come to this location a lot and really love the cookies. The problem that I have encountered more than a couple of times is when a cookie is sold out there is no signage communicating that. So you come in, order at the kiosk, and while waiting for the order you are hit with “we are sold out! Would you like another cookie or a refund” Wouldn’t it be more efficient to write on a piece of paper that you are sold of something so that customers entering the store know? Or have it on the screen somewhere?

Update: they have finally fixed this issue and now when something is sold out it will show in the screen.“
