“I stopped in recently and was honestly impressed with how friendly and welcoming the staff was. They were patient, and they didn’t make me feel rushed at all. My ice cream was really good and tasted fresh, and they actually gave me a great portion for the price.

The store itself was super super clean, everything seemed well maintained. Even though it was busy when I went, the staff were attentive and made my order quickly. I also appreciated that the employees were polite and seemed like they actually cared about making sure me and other customers had a good experience. It’s so nice to just have a place to stop by for a late night sweet treat.

I’d absolutely recommend this Baskin-Robbins if you’re in the area and looking for a good dessert spot!“

“I had a great experience at Crumbl last week thanks to an employee I believe was named Camilla-(She was Hispanic?) One of the other employees accidentally messed up my order, but she quickly stepped in and corrected it without any hassle. She greeted me warmly when I came in, made me feel welcome, and even offered to help if I needed anything else. She turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a great one, thank you…😊“

“Our family's favorite. Proud Crave Card powerusers! They are always coming up with new and delish flavors of ices, pops, custard, drinks, and every kind of dessert you can imagine. Plus they offer coffee and breakfast! . The Fall Gelatis are our go-to desserts. I just wish they would post the flavors of the day online, but that would be hard because there are so many!“

“I've always had good experiences at this location, which is why I'm still giving it 4 stars and will continue coming back.

That said, I had a concerning experience during my visit on June 29 at around 8:40 PM. I wasn't asked for my rewards phone number, which is normally fine because I can scan the barcode on my receipt later to receive my rewards points. However, when I received my receipt, there was no barcode to scan. In the past, whenever I haven't provided my phone number, a barcode has always been printed so I could claim my points afterward.

Based on that, I believe an employee may have entered a different rewards phone number instead of asking for mine. I can't say for certain that's what happened, but based on my previous experiences, it's the only explanation that makes sense to me. If that's what occurred, it's something management should investigate because customers shouldn't lose out on the rewards they've earned.

Other than this incident, I've always enjoyed coming here. The ice cream is great, the staff is usually friendly, and I hope this issue is addressed.“

“After dinner I was craving some delicious ice cream & my date surprised me by taking me to the cutest ice cream shop ever. I am a big fan of gelato and when I tell you this is TOP SHELF w/ a side of phenomenal customer service I mean it. The staff was super nice, they allowed me to taste different flavors before I made my decision. They also have the cutest little “I melt for you” sign to take IG worthy pictures. “The best way to judge a business is how they react when a mistake is made. This Baskin-Robbins location passed with flying colors. When I arrived to pick up my cake, it was not ready. It seems they forgot to make it. The person at the cash register told me to pick out any cake. There wasn't what we ordered (it was a custom cake for a special occasion). He said not to worry and gave me a quart of the correct ice cream. He also took the cake back and added the custom message. This location is also a Dunkin and he insisted (despite me trying to refuse) to give me a half dozen doughnuts . I wouldn't hesitate to come back (there have been no issues in the past) and you should give them a try as well. Just a bit of a warning--try to time your visit when Quince Orchard Highschool is not about to start or finish as the shopping center can get busy with cars and the location full of hungry high schoolers.“
