The service was amazing, and the gentleman who helped us was very patient with our kids. “I just can't understand why they "close for the season". Does Baskin Robbins or Haagen Dazs close for the season? Also it's still summer from a temperature perspective. The owner responded that it's because people like me don't come. The reason I found out you were closed was because I was planning a trip. I went to Rita's in Baltimore last week after the "season". It was packed. Maybe if you opened, people would visit.“
“I'm surprised to see all the negative reviews regarding customer service. This was my first time at this location and I had a great experience. The line moved quickly, I placed my order with no issues, the staff were polite and helpful, and I received my order within 2 minutes of paying. No complaints! I got the mango gelatin with vanilla custard, my go to and always delicious! I ordered the small, but could easily take on a large on a hot summer day. I say give this location a chance!“
“I came in yesterday and was greeted at the door which was very friendly! The young lady at the front was very helpful with my questions! The counters were clean for the first time ever and the floors weren't sticky (thats a first)!!! When it came time to checkout the line was a little long but the young lady again was super friendly! I havent been in a few weeks but the people are usually very rude and dont do anything to have the store presentable looking.“
“Anyone walking through the doors of this amazing institution instantly knows they're in for a treat. The wide array of flavors offered alongside a literal buffet of toppings is enough to bring out the inner child in even the oldest of diners. I especially enjoyed the cheesecake flavor, with marshmallow sauce and Oreo being my favorite toppings. However, one could go a million different directions in ordering from this menu. My purchase came out to $10, which isn't bad considering how many toppings I loaded on. If you're in the mood for a delicious frozen yogurt treat, you can do no better than Sweet Frog.“
“I ordered a ghost cake for Halloween/birthday online. It looked fantastic, just like the photos on the website. I wish I would have taken a picture. The workers were courteous and quick getting the cake. This Baskin Robbins is paired with a Dunkin Donuts and located near the Wheaton mall. There were some weird people hanging out in the parking lot smoking cigarettes. It was odd. I don't blame the establishment for this.“
“We had a wonderful experience! Everything was fresh and clean. The server Myla was so pleasant and offered great customer service- very welcoming as soon as we walked in the door and served full cups of ice cream with fresh toppings! The other Coldstone staffers were very nice as well.???“
“The place is different from when it first opened. The chicken is as good as ever. It's still more of a take out place than an eat-in, but there are picnic tables available if you want to eat there (we did). The service was good and the food was worth the trek over.“
