Frozen custard is way better than Carmen's or any ice cream - well Blue Bell Vanilla comes close! Love the frozen custard almost all the ways it is offered. But the chocolate chip cookie sandwiches ruin it. Horrible tasting cookies that are worse tasting than the cheapest store bought kind AND undercooked so the sugar & fat (NOT butter for sure) don't caramelize. The Oreo cookie kind taste good. Forgot the ladies name but she was rude I told her it was my first time ordering Ritas she was being impatient but I put her in her place. Was a black lady older women. Other then that Ritas was good.

I just can't understand why they "close for the season". Does Baskin Robbins or Haagen Dazs close for the season? Also it's still summer from a temperature perspective. The owner responded that it's because people like me don't come. The reason I found out you were closed was because I was planning a trip. I went to Rita's in Baltimore last week after the "season". It was packed. Maybe if you opened, people would visit.
