Had an amazing experience today our server Shack went above and beyond for me and my wife. Its not very often that we get to go out and indulge as a couple and Shack gave us an exemplary experience and is the model of customer service that everyone in the industry should strive to be Outback invest in this employee as he will be an invaluable asset to this company. It was so much easier and cheaper to order from the actual restaurants website. Everyone that I encountered from the hostess to the person that handles the go orders were beyond polite. My food was ready before I even got the notification. That it was ready. The food is great. It's perfect. Everything is exactly how I asked. I love them. It was a bit pricey, though, but very worth it.
