Been a long time since I had the opportunity to come to Outback as they don't have one in my town. I was excited to have an awesome blossom again. We had to wait awhile before we finally got visited by a waitress. She was good and assured us the blossom wouldn't be over cooked. Again took awhile to get the food, but the blossom was good though sauce was not enough and it took awhile to get more. Salads came out, but weren't very good. This is definitely a nice environment with good ambiance. Service was also good. It has a great bar with plentiful drink options yet maintains a serene restaurant vibe.Food was good, not great. The steakhouse staples like meat, potatoes and veg were fine. Other more adventurous options to me just tasted weird and looked better on the menu than they ate. I'm not a fan of many chain restaurants but, I don't know if their menu has changed or I've changed, I've come to like Outback. After three years of carry-out only we've started eating in restaurants. I like that Outback has booths and the service has been good. Rich has reluctantly agreed to have there twice in the last few months and has enjoyed his meal both time. Recently we we went and were seated in the bar area.
