I had a very nice sirloin steak with a glass of Merlot after a very long day. Served by Yuri who provided just the right amount of attentiveness.

Service was slow and sub-par. Was brought incorrect orders, drinks took a while, Steak was undercooked. Was a nice rare if that's what I ordered but I feel it was likely entered incorrectly by the server despite me asking for medium-rare twice. Other than the poor service the food was fine. What you'd expect. That being said I've been here twice and the time before was good, no complaints but this last time put me off.

Horrible place to come pick up an order for delivery, they can’t stand the sight of you so they make you stand outside in the cold until they come out to this door, without any idea how long you will be standing there because you can’t see anyone standing outside the door. Disgusting practice, I had to cancel this order and leave after feeling humiliated. Never coming back here.

Well, a very elegant place, variety of food. What you see most is the meats and the variety of meats, but the truth is that the meat was good, the prices are between $25, $30, $35, etc.Kid-friendliness: If you bring children they give you colors, they give you. a sheet with pictures for them to color.

We came to this location in Silver Spring thinking we would get better customer service then where we usually go. Wrong!!! The service, Sucked! The waitress was Beyond awful. We never knew her name And she never asked if we were ok if we needed napkins refills, Nothing!!! We even waited 15 minutes just for our bill and before she left I asked for her to add an item to the bill before she cashed out and she Did not listen.Even from the beginning. There was a wait. We gave the Yong man my cell phone number he said 20 minute wait. We waited 30 went back in and the young man says "you didn't get a text" I said no nicely and he Never asked if he took the wrong number Or he didn't even apologize After we waited 30 minutes when we could have been called sooner If he took the correct number down.I work in the restaurant business and all of this was terrible. We will not go back to this location.It also was not clean. The floors etc were just nasty under the tables even the tables were half cleaned. You all need to do better!
