“The guy was kinda dry and looked like he wanted to quit the cookies are delicious but I do recommend to bring water with u sometimes dry always sugary.

Parking: Parking is okay I recommend going in the morning like between 11 am -4 pm. Because there is a college campus near by so after school kids come and have cookies so it’s packed.

Kid-friendliness: Everyone is friendly and you can bring ur kid(depends on staff‼️).

“This place was a great discovery for us, as we found it on accident after a youth soccer game. LOTS of flavor options and types of treats, too. Our family got ice cream, dairy free ice cream, and a couple different falvored Italian ices (you can even mix and match flavors, which the kids enjoyed), and we all enjoyed our choices immensely. There was still Gelati, milkshakes, frozen custard, and Jersey pos to choose from on the cold side as well as several other warm snack options (pretzel bites, and funnel fries, for instance).

Tapioca: I like that they pre cook their tapioca (bubbles) where a lot of other places that offer tapioca as a topping serve it fresher out of the heat which means a lot of times they undercook or overcook their tapioca and it's still hot even in the ice. I like that with Tutti Frutti, they have a more standardized way of cooking their tapioca and ensuring it is cooked properly.

I also really like the portions and the consistency. Every time I get the same order it tastes the same and I love that.

The staff can be sometimes distracted which is awkward for me sometimes but overall they do a good job“

On the upside,I was with my daughter and the staff person was very patient and generous giving her samples she should come to a decision on her cone - which she loved. “When I went, the gal that helped us was newer. She honestly seemed annoyed that there were even customers in the store. That being said though, I’ve been to this specific cold stone at least once a week for the last year. I personally always get the triple pint. For the first time ever being there, this employee served the perfect portion size for my order and my friend’s order. As much as I love having that little bit extra that I some times get in a cup, I know as a former manager at a restaurant, that the extra comes at a huge cost of the business sometimes. I’m sure she’s already gotten several complaints about “not serving a full amount” and that’s probably why she seems so tired of people. Sounds weird to say, but I was actually happy with her serving a non-messy, non-wasteful portion. :) I do love my normal people too, but I just wanted to add that bit.“
