Most of the bad reviews here mention the staff and yeah, they aren’t super in-your-face friendly. But I come here frequently and many of the staff recognize me now; they’ll joke with me when I order something different from my usual, they’ve given me free donuts, and maybe most importantly, they always have everything on the menu. SERIOUSLY RUDE!!!!!! I JUST CAME FROM THERE TONIGHT AND IN THE DRIVE THRU I WAS RUSHED WHILE ONLY BEING THERE FOR 2 MINUTES!!! TOLD ME I COULDN'T BE SERVED AND TOLD TO COME INSIDE BECAUSE THERE WAS A TIMER....A TIMER?????? THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE THERE, AND THEY ACTED LIKE THEY WERE BUSY AND COULDN'T SERVE US! THIS BASKIN ROBBINS IN ELLICOTT CITY NEEDS NEW EMPLOYEES!!! YOU JUST LOST OUR BUSINESS UNTIL YOU FIRE THEM!
