People who work here are so rude. They don’t even greet you back when you greet them. When we needed to pay he did not even say anything, he just pointed at the card reader.

This place used to be my THING back when i was younger, had the best icecream, people and place to chill. This ignorant rude boosa mu wali indian lady HAS RUINED IT ALL. It’s actually kinda hilarious, i like going there because our interactions are funny, she always yells at me and i make a face at her and she gets more mad. My mom always ends up arguing with her too, because they always forget our spoons and do a wrong order. They never let me in the store at night which is weird why tf are you 24 hours then. Her AND HER HUSBAND both have attitude and probably marriage problems too, they always making faces. She banged the window at me once because she was mad i was walking the wrong way to a drive thru. My ice cream is always melty, the waffles cones are soft and her face annoys me. They also limit as to how much i can order?? Shes knows everyone in baltimore hates her that’s probably why she always got a stank face

Most of the bad reviews here mention the staff and yeah, they aren’t super in-your-face friendly. But I come here frequently and many of the staff recognize me now; they’ll joke with me when I order something different from my usual, they’ve given me free donuts, and maybe most importantly, they always have everything on the menu. There is another local BR/DD that is a complete nightmare compared to this place (I’ll write a separate review of them). All I’ve gotta say is, western expectations that customer service means that they’ll get their butts kissed is overrated. Well-run and efficient goes a long way with me.

SERIOUSLY RUDE!!!!!! I JUST CAME FROM THERE TONIGHT AND IN THE DRIVE THRU I WAS RUSHED WHILE ONLY BEING THERE FOR 2 MINUTES!!! TOLD ME I COULDN'T BE SERVED AND TOLD TO COME INSIDE BECAUSE THERE WAS A TIMER....A TIMER?????? THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE THERE, AND THEY ACTED LIKE THEY WERE BUSY AND COULDN'T SERVE US! THIS BASKIN ROBBINS IN ELLICOTT CITY NEEDS NEW EMPLOYEES!!! YOU JUST LOST OUR BUSINESS UNTIL YOU FIRE THEM!

I rarely give bad reviews, but this is something else; I went there last night with my friends wanting to get some ice cream, the staff there was so rude and yelled at me when I asked what flavors were available. After we decided on the flavors, the lady charged me for 3 individual scoops instead of the 3 scoop cup - $11 instead of $4 for 3 scoops!

Took my family here for ice cream. Wanted to sample a new flavor before ordering - the lady behind the counter scoffed and said no samples. Not typical but okay. She proceeded to be impatient, rude, and unclear. Won’t be back and would definitely drive the extra distance to go literally anywhere else. Time for corporate to do a re-train at this location.

SHOCKING !!Horrible, Inefficient and Rude staff.The Old lady is an Indian (seems Gujarati) and her family is running this place.She behaved horribly with the way she spoke including the men who worked there, I think they are her children.I could here the mother screaming at them. (Old lady )We were not allowed to have samples. I’ve been having baskin robbins since a child and it’s the first time, my family and I were refused for samples in a rude manner.The quantities given were extremely less and the flavours were not the same in taste.In the whole of America, it’s the first time I’m tasting ice cream which was not at all same in flavour or appearance and that I am unable to taste the samples..I wonder if these illiterates are mixing ice cream with something else for cost cutting or storing inappropriately.The Jamoca Almond Fudge I had felt like I’m having crystallised junk in vanilla.The waffle cones were horrible and soft and tasted weird.I and my entire family who purchased 5 ice creams were shocked as everyone had the same issue.When asked they didn’t even bother to respond properly and made faces and behaved rude. I didn’t make a scene as I was with family but I wanted to make sure I put this reviewIt’s sheer disappointment and ignorance by baskin Robbins not taking any action after multiple instances being reviewed by customers.

I’M SO SHOCKED! The indian lady at night shift was SO RUDE! There is no menu for icecreams so we were told to tell her the flavors. We asked what they had available. She mentioned 32 flavors and she will NOT name them. She then told us to move the car and said she cannot help us ?? we ordered basic chocolate flavors and then went to the window. The lady was so rude! Told us to get the get off. We asked for her info so we can talk to corporate. She said she’s the owner. The guy at the window then told us to call the owner to complain? We were told to move the car and go away! Very shocked with this customer service! I hope they can work on their customer service as we were out as a family & just wanted to have a good time. It was unfortunately ruined.. ?

I was there today and they tried to cheat me and laughed. Cappuccino blast I thought always came with whip cream. They charged me 99 cents extra for a medium which raised the price to 7.50 then left out the cinnamon and I told them they then put just a touch and laughed. I am reporting them to corporate.

Arabic worker lady was very rude and made my milkshake very watery and when I asked politely for her to remake my milkshake she told me she was not going to do it and then i asked for a refund and she told me to get out of her face and leave the line. I personally feel like i was being racially profiled. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!
