This has quickly become our favorite restaurant for all special occasions. The food and ingredients are fresh and the service is fantastic. It's authentic and the best K food I've found in EC. When my Korean family visits, we always take them to ChoSun. It's pricey because they get the best ingredients. They always have great recommendations and I've tried so many new things.
Meat is cooked for you and the service goes on quickly so you can enjoy eating while the food is cooked. We tried the A5 Wagyu short rib (incredible) and the Marinated Galbi (also fantastic). All the accompaniments paired well with the meats and rice, and the peach soju was an excellent pairing for a little sweetness. Definitely recommended!

The Emperor’s Galbi, a marinated boneless short rib, is also a must-try. The BBQ meat is super flavorful, and the seafood tofu soup is delicious. The Korean pancake is crispy, the stir-fried squid is tasty, and the bibimbap is very satisfying. The side dishes are expansive and fresh, adding to the authentic experience. The staff are fast, friendly, and very attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant is modern compared to classic Korean BBQ spots, with a fun ambiance that makes for an immersive experience. It is managed and staffed by Koreans who care deeply about the authenticity of the food. The space is clean and well-organized, with two floors, making it a good choice even on busy days—reservations are recommended for larger parties. Plenty of parking is available for those driving here. Overall, ChoSun Hwaro is a great place to enjoy authentic Korean flavors and leave satisfied.
