If you ever go I would recommend the banana pudding with some cookies and cream it won’t disappoint. She especially makes sure that she stocks mint chocolate icecream cakes for me and about 4 other regular customers, even though it’s not the most popular flavor. Parking: Parking is okay I recommend going in the morning like between 11 am -4 pm. Because there is a college campus near by so after school kids come and have cookies so it’s packed.

Tapioca: I like that they pre cook their tapioca (bubbles) where a lot of other places that offer tapioca as a topping serve it fresher out of the heat which means a lot of times they undercook or overcook their tapioca and it's still hot even in the ice. I like that with Tutti Frutti, they have a more standardized way of cooking their tapioca and ensuring it is cooked properly.

I also really like the portions and the consistency. Every time I get the same order it tastes the same and I love that.
