There were two windows opened and a few benches and tables in their seating area off to the side. I got the peach-mango flavor in a small cup and it was pretty good. I wish their seating area was better.
Delicious Italian ice, no doubt about it. Wait time was ridiculous. Half an hour waiting in line on a Saturday. Only two registers were open. One had to close for 15 minutes to replenish the machines.

I personally don't know anyone who dislikes Rita's. Back in my college days I remember how my friends and I would run over from our dorms to get the Spring special. Not sure if they do that now, but on occasion I do still get an urge for a (small) gelati -- which is both custard and Italian Ice layered in one cup.
