Only one employee was working the front, handling everything by herself. I stopped in to get a cake, and it took nearly 40 minutes just to have a simple message written on it. That’s unacceptable, especially on a Saturday evening. Management really needs to staff the store better during peak hours.
Great service, friendly staff, and love the ice cream!
