“This location is pretty laid back. The time I came it was slow and the staff was relatively attentive. The issues I had is that it wasn't as clean as some other Dunkin near here yet it being so slow it seemed like that wasn't a problem over being too busy.“
“Came here before a road trip and had a great experience with Nina! She was very patient, and made my milkshake extremely thick aa I requested, and really took her time with it to make the experience delicious! I’m very thankful for her service! I highly recommend this location“

I've only been through the drive thru but they are quick, always get my order right and always so friendly! Never thought I would be leaving a review for a Dunkin' Donuts but this one just consistently does a great job and is a pleasure to give my business!“
“Books & FroYo ?!! What more is there to say? lol. They usually have really good flavor choices and if I'm not mistaken a couple non-dairy/ sorbet options as well (don't quote me tho- I haven't been there much since Covo) they have a HUGE assortment of toppings & sauces and whatnot. The only negative I can come up with is, they close too early. It's hard to get that spur-of-the-moment-late-night -frozen-treat-fix, if they close at like 7:30-8:00. Otherwise, it's a great place to go! It's also REALLY nice that they are just inside the entrance to books-a-million, you don't have to traverse the whole mall to get to it. Just park by the bookstore and it's right there.“

“I have yet to try anything within their dessert display, but the cupcake I bought for someone said it was moist!The coffee is Starbucks, so can't really go wrong with that. The employees are a bit...well, not in a hurry. There were two behind the counter, one was making a drink for my friend and the other was doing busy work. I stood by the register waiting for someone to take my order. It ended up being the girl who did my friend's drink. Good thing it's not busy whenever I come to visit the counter.“
“Thursday 3/14/2024 Found this spot while searching for the best ice cream in Baltimore through yelp. The customer service was friendly and informative. I got a triple scoop cup of 1x brownie & 2x moo moo cows ($8.50) and a cup soft serve of Cinnamon Toast Crunch ($4.50). The brownie ice cream was pretty good but the moo moo cows (aka cookies n cream) was easily my favorite. I was excited to try the unique Cinnamon Toast Crunch soft serve after the worker hyped it up but it was not as good as I expected (still decent tho). Overall, it's a Solid ice cream spot that I'd recommend.“

He was very nice!The icecream is very, very creamy and just the right amount of melty. The flavors are quite sophisticated! Extremely fresh.We got the blueberry cheesecake and horchata icecream sandwich (on absolutely delicious oatmeal raisin cookies). We loved them both.Go support!!“
“Absolute best thing in the mall . Never a disappointed. The service is always nice . The located right near the theater. No matter the flavor your choice of ice cream is available and I love that . Definitely would recommend getting a scoop if ever in the mall . The place is clean and such a delight .“
