I usually buy crabs from Crab Shack II in Gwynn Oak.Well, I have to say, the taste of the crab meat, exceeds my expectation. The crab meat has a tinge of spice in it. It is not hot, just perfect, to taste some spice in the meat. The comments I heard at the table, "crabs are meaty", "it taste so good".I placed the order for 4 dozen crab (2 dozen males and 2 dozen combo, small and medium) the night before . It rain all day the next day. B & B called me to confirm the order. I changed the time for pick up, added 15 minutes to the time. I picked up the crabs and it is steaming hot. Perfect! They definitely accommodate customers--even on flood watch.Why didn't I give them a 5* for service? They only sell by the dozen. So, if you are looking to buy crabs at half bushel or full bushel, look elsewhere.It has a decent size parking lot where you can park and wait for your order. I did like the fact that I was the only customer waiting for crabs. I came early because of weather. Though I can imagine what parking, looks like, in great weather.“

I love the fact that they still give the free ice cream with their kids meal even on delivery platforms but that isn’t what this is about. The employees here go ABOVE AND BEYOND every time and I appreciate them so much for it. The food is always consistently delicious and their customer service is outmatched- I truly believe Chic Fil A modeled their customer service platform off this restaurant!“

“My bestie and I were in the area and decided we wanted a sweet treat. You usually can't go wrong with Rita's, and that was the case here too! Make sure you park on the right side of the fence, lol! That was a little confusing, but otherwise fine as both lots were empty when we got there. It was a walk-up Rita's. The cashier was a nice young woman that was patient as we decided what we wanted. When I saw the picture of the gelati, I knew I had to have it. We both got the large size and just chilled in the car and people-watched per the usual. “Ordered a small vanilla frozen yogurt in a bowl and three toppings: peanut-butter cups, sprinkles, and caramel sauce. Price was on par for an airport (I think after tax it was $8-ish). They had a variety of frozen yogurts and toppings so I'm sure anyone could find something they would enjoy. They also make smoothies. There's seating adjacent to the shop which was convenient. Service was friendly and quick. I'd definitely come back the next time I'm here!“

“Nice hot and humid day.... I scream, you scream ... we all scream for ice cream! This is a walk up window ; where you order and pay and they call your name when it's ready. There are a couple benches and tables to sit and eat at. I ordered a waffle cone with butter pecan ice cream. They definitely didn't skimp on the pecans. Pecans galore in my ice cream. . Hahaha more pecans than ice cream actually and I was okay with that. Usually places skimp on the pecans and only give you the cream. My other half ordered mango sorbet.... Light and refreshing and hit the spot. Nice treat on a hot day! Parking is shared with other restaurants and stores nearby ; on the plus side it's free at least.“

“It was clean the team was working hard to keep up. The store could have had one more person working making 3 team members. Everytime a to go order came in online one of the two came off the line. This meant those of us waiting had the line jumped by these orders. Always an issue of mine. Still the guys were great and the treat was wonderful.“
“I love Rita's custard and flavored ice so I was super excited to see it in BWI Airport. I ordered the cherry gelato and it was as amazing as any other location. The counter service area was very clean as well. I love the fact that I can get Rita's when I am in the airport, What a treat!“
“Cookies are always delicious! The only thing that has been a problem for me is justifying the price for the cookies, but the mini ones give you that same experience without you feeling like you're pockets have been spent lol always great customer service too!“
