The custard was ok, but the service was bad. I was waiting to get serviced and I was not sure what I wanted. A lady walked up after me, and was serviced first. I stepped up to get service and the cashier or lead started speaking loud and telling me where the line started. She was almost yelling. As I began to order I was still deciding. Still delicious liked I remembered as a kid. Aaron and Damon provided exceptional customer service, despite it being so late and the last group of people trashing their counter with samples and cups everywhere. They should be highlighted because I would have been mad. Awesome service still tasty water ices...

I love Rita's custard and flavored ice so I was super excited to see it in BWI Airport. I ordered the cherry gelato and it was as amazing as any other location. The counter service area was very clean as well. I love the fact that I can get Rita's when I am in the airport, What a treat!
