Very bizarre and unprofessional experience. My coworker and I ordered our food, and after we sat down, he noticed his sandwich was missing cheese. When he went back up to politely ask for a side of cheese, an employee literally yelled at him to read the menu and accused him of grabbing the wrong order—even though we had just taken the exact bags handed to us. Uncalled for and completely hostile customer service over a simple request.
They got the meats.
And the Ruben sandwiches.
Service was fast, food was good, and the price was acceptable. Everything a pitstop for human refueling needs.
Just with Arby's would hurry up and open their Amsterdam, NY location already. What's the hold up?
