For as expensive as it can be to order food for a family from here, we do expect warm and fresh food. our food was barely room tempature and definitely old fries. The ice cream had hair in it. This place has gone down hill fast. Would not recommend.

Our waitress was Very nice!! She helped with menu items questions we had with no problem.

Friendly's is a pleasant and welcoming restaurant that offers a variety of options, including some vegetarian choices, and ample parking. The staff is known for their friendliness, particularly when it comes to accommodating families with children. The food is consistently delicious, and the free ice cream with the kids' meals is a popular feature, even for delivery orders. The restaurant is also accessible for wheelchair users.
The restaurant has received positive reviews, with customers praising the excellent service provided by the waitstaff. One customer highlighted the exceptional service of a waitress named Kayla, who had a friendly demeanor and ensured the food was served quickly and hot. Another customer mentioned the wonderful sense of humor and attentiveness of a waitress, and the delicious food and amazing prices, especially the kids' deals.
However, there have been some instances of poor customer service, with a customer reporting a rude waitress who refused to allow them to order ice cream inside the restaurant, which could be a concern for elderly or those with health conditions. Overall, Friendly's aims to provide a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for all its customers.
