They misheard my order and made a mistake. I very politely reminded them of my order at the window when I realized the total was off (I am also a service worker and do not like being treated poorly over something so simple). It seemed they did not like that. And this is not the first time it's happened; I've had a few experiences over the years of employees being rude and inaccurate here.
I go to this Dunkin’ all the time, been going for a long time now. They are always so nice and friendly. My coffee and food is always good too! Thank you!
