We had to best customer service experience at this McDonald’s today. The cashier Bruce was so friendly and helpful. Another employee named Melissa checked on us throughout our meal and helped us clean the coffee we spilled. And another employee that I didn’t catch her name, was very helpful and caring as well. I have to give credit where credit is due. 10/10 McDonald’s experience today!
Literally the best Mcdonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here at all different times of the day, even at 2-4am, and they never do me wrong. Service is always super friendly!! The employees everywhere else look/sound miserable but this place is consistently good.
My weakness is sausage egg McMuffin

McDonald's offers a variety of food options, including breakfast items like steak, egg & cheese muffins. Later in the day, customers can enjoy a double quarter pounder with cheese, fillet of fish sandwich, and fries. The restaurant also offers strawberry & cream pies. The staff, particularly the morning team, has received positive reviews, with one customer praising a helpful staff member. However, there have been some issues with order accuracy and speed, with customers experiencing long wait times and incorrect orders. The restaurant is described as kid-friendly with good wheelchair accessibility, although one customer had a negative experience with an incorrect fish sandwich order through the drive-thru. Overall, the McDonald's provides a range of menu options in a generally welcoming environment, though there is room for improvement in order fulfillment.
