The ladies who work here are very impatient, I placed an order for a large frozen coffee, and upon receiving it, I noticed very little drizzle, so i asked for more. Their drizzle is watered down, and the coffee was liquid. It was nothing frozen about it. I just left due to not wanting to deal with the hassle of correcting my order. Drive to the next location on your map, avoid this place.
Each time I have visited this establishment I have waited for quite some time for my mobile order. Staff stands around chatting with one another without acknowledging the customer. I have had to approach the counter to inquire about my order each time only to find out it's been ready for a while. Always an apology, but how many times does something occur before it is corrected?
