Brought my kids here for ice cream every door was locked at 6 pm and they wouldn't even answer the phones but saw more than 3 people working
First time at a Baskin-Robbins in years, and I admit we're impressed. Lots of flavor options, catchy music, friendly and professional staff. We'll be coming back ?
It is so sad that Baskin Robbins went from a high quality ice cream franchise to a cheap ingredients ice cream franchise business. The ice cream is nowhere near as delicious as it was in the past. Adding insult to injury is this particular location where they don't take an order until you stand there waiting for five minutes. Then they don't know how to take an order. And then they are rude about it. Finally it turns out the ice cream we were served had obviously defrosted...read full review
