First time at a Baskin-Robbins in years, and I admit we're impressed. Lots of flavor options, catchy music, friendly and professional staff. We'll be coming back ?

It is so sad that Baskin Robbins went from a high quality ice cream franchise to a cheap ingredients ice cream franchise business. The ice cream is nowhere near as delicious as it was in the past. Adding insult to injury is this particular location where they don't take an order until you stand there waiting for five minutes. Then they don't know how to take an order. And then they are rude about it. Finally it turns out the ice cream we were served had obviously defrosted and was refrozen as evidenced by the large ice crystals throughout. They need to shut down the BR and stick with just Dunkin.

I went there and number one there were not a lot of flavors offered, and when I was asking about the names of the flavors, he literally had no idea about the types and it turns out the flavor I got had marshmallows in it, which I’m allergic to so the list of ingredients or anything wasn’t informed by him. so the lack of flavors and the lack of information that the guy should’ve known was really disappointing and I would not go there again

This BR does not allow you to choose more than one flavor scoop of ice cream. The reason given is "I don't why...we just don't." Poor customer service. I won't patronize this location again.

I called the store and they said we’ll close in 10 mins.. I was nearby and I arrived exactly 4 mins after the call. They refused to let me in. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

1st, it was 4 o'clock in the afternoon and the inside of the restaurant was closed. 2nd, the line for the drive-thru was around the building and into the streets because the building wasn't open. 3rd, I ordered a 2 scoop sundae with caramel, nuts, whipped cream and a cherry. They charged me $0.99 extra for one cherry and there wasn't any caramel on my Sunday. The line was too long to go back 2 rectify the problem. I asked the cashier, when I got to the window, to repeat my order and it was still wrong

4/16/2022 Around 5pm: Pulled up to the drive-thru. My son wanted to get a scoop of half vanilla and half chocolate. The lady told me that they were out of chocolate ice cream. I asked what other flavors they had instead, she told me strawberry. My son was ok with that, so good enough. For myself, I asked if they could make milkshakes, thinking they would have multiple, not ice cream, flavored syrups. She said yes. I then asked for chocolate. The lady literally screamed at the top of her lungs, "WE'RE OUT OF CHOCOLATE!!!“. I said, "I'm done" and left. First and last time I've ever been here. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. You don't need to have yourself or child screamed at.

My experience was subpar. They are understaffed so their was a long wait even though there were only two people in front of me. When the lady did get to me, she sat my waffle cone for the ice cream on the counter which absolutely disgusting. The person that accompanied me got a bowl of ice cream and there were no spoons.
