I've dealt with many issues with employees here. From sexist comments telling me to "go get my husband" to handle an issue. To employees taking 30 minutes to make a basic order when theyre not busy and then laughing about customers behind the window as if we cant hear them. then when you confront them, they throw food at you and slam doors in your face. excuse me? and this was a MANAGER.
We go to mcd’s every morning for breakfast., This morning was different , the so called manager was operating the register at the first window where you pay..I placed the order . 2 sausage burritos no sauce , pancakes with sausage and extra syrup . The order never showed on the screen . I do it everyday so I figured no big deal. After I paid , my receipt said 3 sausage burritos , pancakes no sausage and 1 syrup and 2 ketchup packs .
