Amazing ice cream! This was my first time at a Bruster’s and I must say I was impressed with the ice cream flavor and quality. The portions were generous and they let you sample the flavors. Customer service was also on point with fast service, a coupon for our next visit, and getting us signed up for the rewards program. Only wish is that this location had an inside to sit. Definitely going to be a regular spot for me this summer!
I'm giving this place five stars. This is the first time of hearing of this place and ice cream. I went during the week evening time and during the winter month. I did drive thru. I ordered a double scoop cake batter with waffle cone flipped over in a cup. The person who took the order was professional and the person at the window to collect payment was professional as well. Order is consistently wrong. It’s always missing a topping, or has one I didn’t ask for. How hard is it? I’m not placing multiple orders at once. It’s always one thing. They repeat it back correctly and charge me for everything, but manage to leave something out or replace it with something different.
