This Duncan Donuts is my every day stop. It's can be extremely busy but the manager Lauren handles it with ease. She always says good morning. Her and her staff are wonderful.
Clean. Although it's ran by majority of teenagers, they are courteous and professional And move efficiently. This Dunkin donuts is always packed, but these employees managed to get that line through there. You will most likely sit in the line for approximately 4 minutes and that's from ordering waiting and getting your food that's not bad and you most likely with the last person with seven to 8 cars in front of you. However, some staff members, particularly an older lady who takes orders, have been consistently curt and made mistakes with orders. Despite being a fast food chain, customers expect better service. The morning shifts seem to be particularly problematic. While some staff members are friendly, the overall experience can be disappointing. It's recommended to order ahead and be patient, as the service can be hit-or-miss.
