ordered two drinks , the barista couldn't be bothered less with taking our order... then I order ground coffee and my drink literally was cold by the time she ground the coffee up... I waited 20 minutes for a 4 oz ground coffee and when I asked about it she said oh yeah I know..... then filled two other orders before mine ... sounds like a crazy complaint but come on.. it's coffee not a whole meal. and there were only two customers besides us in the store. I won't be back

I waited at the front for about 5 mins, no one greeted me. Then I waited over 15 minutes for two bagels with cream cheese. When I approached the front the girl told me she didn’t give the kitchen my order, but didn’t apologize. Meanwhile other people that came after me were immediately helped and their food was made within minutes. It’s a shame I get treated this way, it’s not the first time. I love their bagels but I will not be returning.
