I visited the Bowie location last week, and was assisted by Kim. She was awesome! The customer service was top-notch! She created my ice cream mixture just as requested and even engaged in polite conversation while she prepared my order. The delicious ice cream was the cherry on top of my visit!
Every other week I'm up Coldstone with the kids. The last time I was there I had a conversation with one of the young reps and we were talking about how the ripe bananas are the best. Tonight I was going to order an Oreos cookies and cream and he recognized me and remembered our conversation "you the ripe banana? I got you." I truly appreciated that he remembered me. We ordered a cake for my husband's birthday. It was packed up in a bag when we got it and when we got home we saw what a bad job they did with this cake. The bottom seems to have partly melted and been shoved out the other side. These are too expensive to be this poorly made.
