I just moved to Bowie and I am disappointed with this Starbucks. Seems like a very popular Starbucks like others in the area. However, the drive-thru is extremely slow and they do not offer the green stoppers for the hot drinks like the other locations. For this reason alone, I rather travel to Waugh Chapel Starbucks. The stickers are useless, especially if your walking.
I had a really great experience
Service at the drive thru was very slow. Lately the drinks are not consistent.

Starbucks is a popular coffee shop with wonderful customer service. While the staff sometimes lacks attention to detail, resulting in mistakes with orders, the manager is willing to make it right with a free pastry and remade drink. The location is ideal, and the staff is generally happy and friendly. One reviewer raved about a perfectly made medium hot decaf latte, complete with a cool sticker. However, another reviewer had a disappointing experience with multiple mistakes in their order.
