One member of our party arrived and had the table reserve the wait was 30 minutes, took that long for the rest of us to arrive; when we did we were seated rather fast. The crab bomb stole the show, best any of us ever had. Second runner up the crab soup also the baked potatoe was well portioned and was not dried out. The haddock was fried to perfection, and the cake dessert oh my, I ordered dessert to go, When I later dugged into the lemon pound cake each morsel was delicious, as if it was home made. Over all an excellent dining experience, a little pricey but was worth every single dime, we will return.”

“It’s very good food. The owner / chef was great and very attentive. They have several veggie burgers in the menu - and the bean burger I ordered was extremely good. My two friends each got beef burgers - and they loved it. The beef patties were real - not the bad meat they serve at many places. This was real meat. I could see how juicy they were. They both commented on how tasty and filling they were. One friend got got the SPANISH BURGER - and his kid got the CHEESEBURGER. The tater tots were also very good. Plus, the smoothies they make are fresh and filling. All the food was made on the spot. Fresh.

Vegetarian options: I got the veggie bean burger. With a lettuce wrap. Really filling and good.

Kid-friendliness: My friend’s 12 year old kid actually ate their whole cheese burger and drank their whole fruit smoothie. They loved it as much as we did. And this isn’t some bad burger from a fast food place. This is a real beef patty. A real burger. For anyone with kids, they know how hard it is to get a kid to eat all their food. So this is great.”

Only recommendation would be to get the tables refelted and rebumped, and brushed/vacuumed/dampened down, on a regular basis, considering how many tournaments are run here. Today the tables were very dirty, and feel like it affected lots of matches, as several players were saying the same thing. But love the place in general!”

“Excellent experience, I've been to a few similar shops when I was in Hawaii. They've got ramen, sides, etc. Fairly typical selection but the ones I tried were very well done. The staff was friendly and eager to make recommendations or to clarify things for my visiting relatives (who are not familiar with Japanese cuisine at all).
I had mentioned trying similar places in Japan and Hawaii and they were eager to get feedback on the spot for anything I noticed, but what I tried (takoyaki, karaage chicken, coconut thai curry ramen, miso soup) was spot on.
Portions were fair and the prices were pretty good for what you get. The place was clean and cozy, with a nice vibe.
The fried chicken was shatteringly crispy on the coating and tender inside, the takoyaki tasted exactly as I remembered it in HI at sushi spots, and the thai curry ramen hit all the notes of both thai curry and ramen. All the ramen toppings were cooked great, the chicken was tender, the bok choy was wilting but crisp, and the ajitama egg was jammy and very well cooked.
I'll absolutely be coming back, scratches a food itch I've had for the last couple years away from the islands.”

“I have not been to any other location to compare, but this one is about a 10 minutes wait from the moment you order at the drive thru to the moment you get to the windows and recieve your food.
They mess up my order about 50% of time. I've been there about 5-7 times and I the average amount of time spent is about the same every time.
The staff is young, but friendly. I have not been on the inside, only drive thru. I usually go weekdays between 1 and 2 and it's moderately congested at that time. Once I have time to go and sit inside, I can update the review.”

“I always order Chinese takeout from this place and I am never disappointed. The quality is consistent and the ingredients always taste fresh. I like that they don't smother the entree' in a lot of sauce, but enough to make it very tasty. I also like the amount of vegetables they put in the Kung Pao Chicken and the medium spice level is perfect. I also love their crab Rangoon. The wrappers are light and delicate, and the dipping sauce is the perfect compliment. I highly recommend this place. The staff/owners are friendly too. Support small business!”

Outside of that no major complaints. They are far better than Ruby's and the prices are reasonable.”

“Food was wonderful. However our service was poor. Gabbie was our server on July 30 around 430pm. We waited a good ten minutes before being greeted. About another 5 for our drinks. We put a order in for appetizers. We never seen our waitress until our appetizers were up. We finished our appetizers and our drink before she came back to our table to take our order. It had to be about 15 minutes after we ate out appetizers. We even contemplated on leaving. Not once did she ask if we would like a refill while our cups sat empty at the end of the table. We got a refil about 5 minutes after our food sat. We asked for silverware when we got our food. We got the silverware maybe 10 minutes later. By then the mac and cheese and boneless wings were cold. This experience not the best. Our server came to our table and the way she carried her self clearly showed she was miserable and did not want to be here today. We are still here so this experience is to be continued.”

“Birria tacos are delicious! Other tacos (chicken, steak) were ok, nothing special. Slightly higher prices than I expected, but maybe that’s the going rate. Seating was comfortable, but be aware it’s very loud right next to the highway, so we couldn’t talk without yelling sometimes. Would come again if in the area and wanted birria tacos.

Parking: Some available spots are around the gas station, but be VERY careful exiting onto Annapolis Rd as a large sign blocks your view of oncoming traffic. We nearly got hit.”

“Right outside the Patuxent Nursery sits this taqueria truck with tables to sit outside. We enjoyed the carne asada and tongue tacos. The pupusas are in point, and I can tell this is an authentic home recipe. Wish they gave a bit more slaw. The food is flavorful and fresh, and they don’t skimp on the meat. Try the Tamarindo and Jamaica drinks. I will be back.”
