Nice polite staff despite the machine going down unable to accept any cards. Food always good, love to vegetarian friendly options, need more help every Mezeh I go to seem short staffed.
When I went in there with my dad today, the workers were too lazy to even cook the pita bread and lied about running out the ingredients when its literally 1 pm. I don’t remember the workers name but it was a woman and a man. the cashier told him to make more bread and he responded with “i don’t feel like it” in Spanish. It was a weird first experience but i would go to a different location rather than the one in Bowie, Md.
I find this place is better than Cava. This location is well run and has a friendly staff.

The food was seasoned alright but could have used a little more spice and been less watered down. Service was friendly and fast, and tables inside were clean. The overall cleanliness was maintained well, and the food looked fresh and smelled amazing. Even with busy times, staff moved the line quickly without rushing anyone. The drinks, including a notable dragon fruit drink, were unique and enjoyable, though some found the drinks a little on the lite side. The atmosphere inside was spotless, and the food consistently appeared fresh. Despite minor setbacks like incorrect sauce choices and hard pitas, Mezeh remains a decent dinner option worth trying, especially for those who enjoy fresh food with great flavor profiles.
