I order from Chipotle almost every day, but the service at the Bowie location is terrible. My order was supposed to be ready at 9:10 p.m., and it is already 9:25 p.m., but it still isn’t ready. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but they should respect the promised pickup time or at least notify customers about the delay. I hope the service and organization improve.
My husband and I came to pick up an order this evening, 9/10/26, and while we were waiting we witnessed an incredibly rude, obnoxious, and racist customer verbally abusing the women working behind the counter.
