Morning staff was great this morning! Very helpful and friendly. I didn't see my to go order tucked away at the bottom of the shelf. They were apologetic and quickly making me another one and offered me a drink. Luckily, I found it, but I appreciate finding a place that still believes in customer service.
Convenient location for work lunch but so uncomfortable. The location is so dirty. Some of the employees might need some training in pressure situations. Some of the customers are really intense too. Got the wrong item in my order too many times to return.
This team was excellent! From the time I entered the restaurant, placed my order for takeout and got home only to enjoy the freshest tasting new menu item. They all greeted me with a smile. The cashier greeted me with a smile and I received a smile and thank you at the pick up counter. The manager was so gracious when I called to thank him and his team personally via phone. That is what you call giving great customer service to the community!
