Not sure who is managing this location, but they need to be relieved of their duties. Ordered two meals from this location on 3/30. Both were prepared sloppily. One meal was missing 2 items and a cup of soup was under half full. Have complained previously, but no long-term sustained improvement. Bakery area is FREQUENTLY empty and staff are inappropriate and loud. From the checkout counter you can see back to the prep area which is messy and unkept. Not a good place for getting lunch within a lunch break. I ordered from the app in advance at 12:00, my order was supposed to be ready at 12:14. I arrived to the restaurant at 12:11, at 12:15 I received a text saying my order would be delayed. It is currently 12:30 and my order status has not changed.

It is a company that has well designed the concept of my favorite bakery and cafe in America. The products are hot and fresh, the staff is attentive, there are aspects that could be better. Panera has a regular menu for dine-in or takeout including flatbreads, pizzas, warm grain bowls, panini, pasta, salads, sandwiches, side choices, and soups, as well as coffee, espresso drinks, frozen drinks, fruit smoothies, hot chocolate , iced drinks, lattes, lemonade, and tea.
