It is a company that has well designed the concept of my favorite bakery and cafe in America. The products are hot and fresh, the staff is attentive, there are aspects that could be better. Panera has a regular menu for dine-in or takeout including flatbreads, pizzas, warm grain bowls, panini, pasta, salads, sandwiches, side choices, and soups, as well as coffee, espresso drinks, frozen drinks, fruit smoothies, hot chocolate , iced drinks, lattes, lemonade, and tea.

Not sure who is managing this location, but they need to be relieved of their duties. Ordered two meals from this location on 3/30. Both were prepared sloppily. One meal was missing 2 items and a cup of soup was under half full. Have complained previously, but no long-term sustained improvement. Bakery area is FREQUENTLY empty and staff are inappropriate and loud. From the checkout counter you can see back to the prep area which is messy and unkept. I’ve been to other PB locations in MD and VA with better atmosphere and service. We deserve the same at this location that serves Bowie and Lanham.

Not a good place for getting lunch within a lunch break. I ordered from the app in advance at 12:00, my order was supposed to be ready at 12:14. I arrived to the restaurant at 12:11, at 12:15 I received a text saying my order would be delayed. It is currently 12:30 and my order status has not changed.

This location must have poor management. They are always out of random items that are integral to your usual orders, making the entire selection unavailable. They got salad, but no chicken for it; steak for the sandwich but not the bread it comes on. Bread for your sandwich, but none for your side. Seems silly, but happens regularly.

Poor customer service unprofessional mangement

I’ve been visiting Panera for years, and I order the same each time, so I know by now how the food looks. Food was extremely disappointing today; half-empty cafe-latte, side bread wasn’t served in either of the two orders, and I got an over-priced half-sandwich accompanied by a string of hair, as you can see in the photos. When I told the “barista” about the coffee, she said cafe-lattes are only 16 ounces and the cup was too big and that’s why it was half-full. “Sorry,” she said. Funny how the bottom of the cup says it fills 16 ounces, yet I got 8. Terrible experience today. $30 on terrible food overall.

I order and attend this location very often. My order was incorrect. I called and they asked me to come back to get the correct order. The young lady at the counter greeted me. I explained what I needed, she apologized and then got the manager on duty tonight, Keyshwawn. Keyshawn hands me my bag and walks away no words, apology or instructions about the food. I tried to walk away, but I called back to ask for the managers name. The girl said they cannot give that information over the phone. I drove back and spoke to the same person who handed me my bag, Keyshawn, the manager on duty. He attempted to lie and say I thought they apologized and took care of everything over the phone. I said the girl at the counter did apologize, but you did not say anything, apologies, etc. and as a manager your profesionalism is lacking when you all messed my order up and made me drive back. NOW Keyshwawn apologizes for the inconvenience and making assumptions. Poor customer service.

Manager has an stupid attitude with an unwelcome customer service face. I’m concerned since I have all type of problem at this location. Missing items on my order and Poot customer service. I don’t like free food I paid for my food if something was missing at least a apology is necessary which the missing items.I buy here on the weekends only, rest of my week I buy in Prince Frederick I stop every day to get breakfast.
