70% of the time I go there, the food is lukewarm. I do not understand, for the life of me, why they can’t get it right. People want fresh, hot chicken, not lukewarm chicken. As you can see by my receipt, I went there before 12:00 PM during the daytime. Why was the chicken not hot?
The staff is very attentive for the most part.
