We ordered a cake for my husband's birthday. It was packed up in a bag when we got it and when we got home we saw what a bad job they did with this cake. The bottom seems to have partly melted and been shoved out the other side. These are too expensive to be this poorly made.

I visited the Bowie location last week, and was assisted by Kim. She was awesome! The customer service was top-notch! She created my ice cream mixture just as requested and even engaged in polite conversation while she prepared my order. The delicious ice cream was the cherry on top of my visit!

Every other week I'm up Coldstone with the kids. The last time I was there I had a conversation with one of the young reps and we were talking about how the ripe bananas are the best. Tonight I was going to order an Oreos cookies and cream and he recognized me and remembered our conversation "you the ripe banana? I got you." I truly appreciated that he remembered me. I immediately let him do his thing because I knew it would be made right. I will catch his name next time to give him his proper respect, thank you for your customer service.

The worker basically stuffed my ice cream beyond the capacity of the cup. My ice cream was leaking inside of my truck all the way home. There was definitely a lack of common sense.

I want to start off by saying this place is always clean and the staff is friendly. My only problem with this location is their inconsistency with pricing. Every time I go I get the same exact order - a make your own creation with 2 mix ins. THE FIRST MIX IN IS FREE. I went in today and I the cashier read me my total, which was higher than usual, and the cashier stated that there was recently a price increase. There, in fact, was no price increase, he forgot to ring my first mix in up as free. So moral of the story, make sure the cashier rings up your first mix in as free!

Stopped by yesterday and got a Milk & Oreos shake. Service was fast and friendly. I ordered small and was charged for small but they gave me a large because the worker told me he accidentally made too much and I had not ordered the whip cream topping. All in all it was a great experience. And the shake tasted very good.
