I had a very disappointing experience with one of the managers at this location. I came in regarding an online order because my pizza was not cooked properly. The manager identified herself as the main manager, but she was dismissive, disrespectful, and didn’t make any effort to resolve the issue. I understand the store was busy, but customer concerns should still be handled professionally.
