Be aware they will not serve you close to 8pm
Not much to look at from the outside as shoppes go, but inside is where the magic is, and of course, what comes out to the customer---the tastiest, yummiest Italian Ice I've ever eaten. PLUS, the staff member who served us was just totally lovely. He let us first taste, and then met our request exactly. Served with a flourish and a beautiful smile! That was the best--thank you!
At my most recent trip to Rita's, we were assisted by employee Caitlin. She did such a conscientious job preparing my mango gelati so it was neat and did not get all over the place. The challenge was to get the lid on securely. What a pleasant and competent employee. Pat on the back to Caitlin!
