Cold Stone Creamery in Hanover MD offers a variety of delicious ice cream and flavors, with friendly and attentive service, especially from Tito, who goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The store is not too clean, and the floors sometimes have a bad smell that needs to be addressed. Some visitors have noted that the waffle cones can be stale, which affects the texture of their treats. Outside the store, disruptive behavior has been observed, and management should take steps to handle these issues promptly. Ensuring the availability of smoothie mix could also improve customer satisfaction. Despite these concerns, the quality of the ice cream and the helpful staff make this location worth visiting.
