Oh my goodness I am sick to my stomach with this service. Definitely the worst customer service that I've ever experienced personally. I still feel like I'm in the twilight zone... It all began with a young African American girl who said her name is "Cierra", she walked up to me with a very off putting attitude. I assumed that this had nothing to do with me so I ignored it and began my order; I asked her if they had any waffle cones, she replied "we have bowls". I then asked "...read full review
Coffee: excellent (when made properly) Service: brutal to say the least. At 7 in the morning, before heading off to the airport, we wanted some coffee and instead were presented with an employee with no desire to make the correct coffee or provide us with the appropriate coffee order. I understand having a bad day, but this was unacceptable.

Wouldn't serve me one scoop because there is "two scoop minimum." How is that when one scoop is on the menu? I suspect it's because they were serving out of Starbucks cups which required three scoops to fill the cup.
