As a former pastry chef I find Jubilee to be an Exceptional tasting ice cream. I was super impressed, and Fell in love with the sweet potato and candy molasses. Crave it even! It was evident to me that they use Quality ingredients, decadent flavor profiles with lots of Creativity.
The employees are Ah-mazing. The customer service I received from Jenna and Mike was above and beyond!

The donuts are delicious and remind customers of a mini funnel cake in the form of a donut. The ice cream flavors look interesting, and the quality is good. The service is good, with friendly and attentive staff. Ulani is amazingly kind, patient, and professional, and she makes fresh donuts. Marquis is very friendly and attentive and made the great recommendation of jelly and whipped cream. Kevin gave a sample that was delicious, and his customer service made customers want to try the place. The energy and vibe are amazing, and the culture of the place is welcoming and enjoyable. A small gripe is the Georgetown location is too small for the donut fryer, as eyes were stinging and clothes smelled like all the oil in the air.
