Based on the reviews, KYOJIN Sushi is one of the best restaurants in DC and one of the best sushi restaurants in the US. The food is incredible, fresh, flavorful, and delicate. The squid ink angel hair pasta with sea urchin is outstanding, the scallop dish is ridiculous, and the cocktails are amazing. The service is sublime, with waiters who are gems, attentive, and spot on with every recommendation. The vibe is great and everything is first class all around. Guests definitely look forward to coming back.
