Not as busy as it used to be but I think they streamlined their ability to crank out specialty drinks at a reasonable wait time. As expected, coffee is consistently good.
It's amazing
Had to pay an extra $4 to get them to make a cappuccino. They literally gave me a glass of hot milk and made me pay extra to put coffee in it.

The staff are always very kind, super efficient, and competent, remaking any messed-up drinks without a doubt. The quality of drinks is often great, but some reviews note the consistency of drinks can be up and down, with a higher percentage of bad drinks than at other locations, possibly due to the busy captive market. The location in Potomac Village sits in a large courtyard with a large free lot, ample space, and wheelchair accessibility. It is a great meeting place with a cozy atmosphere, plenty of seats, and wifi, suitable for both take-out and sitting inside. It can get a bit crowded and noisy during rush, but the staff handle it well. Kid-friendliness includes treats for adults and kids, and there are loads of stores to visit nearby.
