I was very disappointed with my pork chop entree. It was tough and dry. so much so that in attempting to cut it, my plate slid around on the slippery (no table cloth) surface. The accompanying mashed potatoes were lukewarm. On a more positive note, my dinner mates enjoyed their meals. When you walk in, place has a decent atmosphere near the bar and looks nice.Ordered the forager, and while I like black walnut bitters, personally, it was ok. Partner ordered the mezcal Negroni and that was good. Great food and atmosphere. Our favorite was the French onion soup, gnocchi, branzino and apple pie (not pictured). Nice background music that was not too loud which made it easy to carry a conversation with a group. Worth a visit if you’re in Vienna.
